My first babe is due in March, and I would LOVE to coordinate his outfits with some cute cloth diaps! I think we will have a fair amount of brown, orange, blue, and green clothes -- and diapers!

Libby said...

I definitely have coordinated diapers with outfits. Especially this summer when my little girl was wearing dresses. I would try to make sure the diaper matched the dress:)

Megan said...

I'm a fan of bright colors that don't quite match up, so that's prob what I'll do when my first is born in March.

All the time, especially in the summer. I love to buy dresses that match several of my daughter's diapers so that she's coordinated all day long!

I do coordinate my daughters' diapers to their outfits to some extent. I don't really plan it out ahead of time but at each change I look at my stack and choose the color I think goes best with whatever they are wearing.

I had our daughter's photo taken in her orange gDiaper and orange pumpkin hat, nothing else! Rather than coordinate, I often contrast her diaper with her outfit so it's more noticable, I love it when people ask me what she's wearing so I can tell them how great "modern" cloth diapers are!!

Sometimes I will coordinate - I have quite a lot of blue diapers so those will usually coordinate with blue which is in most of his outfits. :) And for Halloween he was the Pillsbury doughboy so I busted out my pastel bumGenius diapers to blend into the white costume. :)

I'm making the switch! I just got my husband on board, and I'm trying to build up my stash. I want to win these diapers---SPECIFICALLY because the colors match some of his cutest outfits! :) I love the idea of having colored diapers now instead the the dumb cartoony characters on disposables.

No, I don't usually try to coordinate diapers with outfits, especially now that it's cold so all of my son's diapers are covered up with pants now anyway.

Our OB gives out T-shirts to the babies he delivers. When I went in for my follow-up, I dressed my LO in the shirt with a coordinating BumGenius, so all the nurses could admire his fashion sense! ;)

I have a son and I like to coordinate his socks to his diapers! It's a little harder in the cold months though...

I don't match her everyday, but I often do. Today she is wearing a purple and green outfit, so she left the house in her Tanzanite minky Blueberry and into the diaper bag went her bubble 4.0, her mint FB, and her grasshopper 3.0!

Oh, yes! I always match her cloth diaper to her outfit. Today she's wearing a pink dipe with a pink flowered shirt. Cutsie poostie.

I at least try to make sure the diaper doesn't clash with the clothes....mostly when baby is not wearing any pants! Thanks for the chance!

My 3 month old has a variety of colored onsies and T-shirts. I mostly coordinate complimentary colors when he's wearing the T's, and matching colors when he's wearing onsies. I think it's the art teacher in me!?

I don't have that many color options to be able to color coordinate with my toddler's clothing. I can see myself doing that with a newborn though.

I am new to cloth diapers but my favorite outfit to put my girl in is a little pink dress with red flowers on it and a bright red diaper underneath. Have gotten so many comments about it!

Melissa said...

I like to coordinate my son's diapers with his clothes when I can. I just ordered an extra red fuzzibunz for Christmas outfits and I match the blues and brown to these adorable blue and brown puppy outfits that were handed down from a friend. (I love fuzzibunz, they are my favorite cloth diapers). :)
