These rules apply to the Kelly's Closet, Inc Buzzzzz Day Manufacturer Product Giveaway being conducted by Kelly's Closet, Inc, PO BOX 369 South Paris, ME 04281 ("Sponsor"). This Giveaway starts 12:01 AM EST November 27, 2009 and ends 11:59 PM EST November 27, 2009 ("Promotional Period").
ELIGIBILITY:
There is no purchase necessary to enter or win. Giveaway is open to individuals and owners of businesses 18 years or older who are legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia. Employees of Kelly's Closet, Inc, its parent company, their subsidiaries, and advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate families (spouse, parents, children and siblings and their respective spouses) and individuals living in the same households of such employees are ineligible.

Entries MUST be postmarked by November 28th, 2009. Entries postmarked after this date will not be eligible. Only one mail entry per person/per household for the promotional period.
JUDGING:
Potential winners will be randomly selected on or about the December 4th, 2009 following the end of the promotional period from all eligible entries received. All prizes will be awarded. There is only one prize per person, family or household. Judging conducted by Kelly's Closet, Inc is final.
NOTIFICATION:
Potential winners will be notified via US Mail or electronic mail.

Releasees are not responsible for printing or typographical errors in any giveaway-related materials; for stolen, lost, late, misdirected, postage-due, damaged, incomplete, inaccurate entries or mail, or for entries that are lost, misdirected, fail to enter into the processing system, or are processed, reported, or transmitted late or incorrectly or are lost for any reason including computer, telephone, paper transfer, human or other error; or for electronic, computer, or telephonic malfunction or error, including any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participation in this giveaway or downloading any materials in this giveaway, or inability to access any web site associated with this promotion, or process any action thereon. If in the Sponsor's opinion, there is any suspected or actual evidence of electronic or non-electronic tampering with any portion of the giveaway, or if computer virus, bugs, unauthorized intervention, fraud, or technical difficulties or failures compromise or corrupt or affect the administration, integrity, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the giveaway, the judges reserve the right at their sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and or void any entries submitted fraudulently, to modify or suspend the giveaway, or to terminate the giveaway and conduct a random drawing to award the prizes from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received as of the termination date.
