Update from our 10th Winner - Sara A.

We're an avid BumGenius family here (which was solidified by our lucky win during the 10th week of Fluff Fridays!). I was initially drawn to BumGenius because of their fantastic reputation and the wild popularity of their one-size pocket diaper, but it's the great quality that has cemented my love for them.

My favorite of the BumGenius diapers is the organic all-in-one. I love that it combines the convenience of an all-in-one with the cost-effectiveness of a one-size diaper. Though it is more expensive than their non-organic options, the great quality and convenience makes it well worth the investment in my opinion. Were I to start a diaper collection from scratch, I would make these the foundation of my cloth diaper stash. Unfortunately for us, they were the last of the BGs we tried, so I am making do with just a couple while we gradually add to our stash. The only downside to the organic diapers is that their drying time is longer than any other diaper we have, but usually I just put them through one cycle on the dryer, then hang them to dry until they are thoroughly dry (usually overnight).

My second favorite BumGenius product is the regular all-in-one diaper. The fit is fantastic, and the convenience is unmatched. They are so trim, and I love that they are just ready to go straight out of the dryer. As a work-at-home mom, I prefer not to spend my time stuffing diapers if I don't have to. The only downside to this diaper is that some people don't like suedecloth (though we have had no issues with it--allergies or stink), and since you have to buy some for each size, I do find that they end up actually costing more money than a one-size diaper.

Ironically, since it is by far their most popular diaper, BumGenius pocket one-size diapers were my least favorite of the BumGenius offerings I've tried. I know some people complain about stuffing the pockets, but for me that paled in comparison to the ickiness that is *unstuffing* them. I hated having to fish an icky wet insert out of the pocket before I dumped it in the pail, so these just weren't for me. But if you like the pocket diapers, I think you would LOVE the all-in-one options available!

Best of all, no matter which BumGenius product you try, the quality is sure to be high. I've had no problems with color fading, leaking, or fit issues. They truly make great products, and something for every type of cloth diaper fan.

I LOVE my BG - but all we have are the pockets. I hear ya on the unstuffing I think I would love the AIOs. I pretty much exclusively buy OS now (we have and 8m old ad one on the way). I am hoping to add some BG AIOs to my stach. :)

Grace is adorable! So proud of herself for standing up! Thanks for the reviews of the BG items. So far, I've only used the OS pocket...

I've luckily had the chance to try all the bumGenius diapers myself. I don't think I have a favorite of them. Pulling the inserts out of the pocket diapers doesn't bother me at all, so that may be why. I just pinch the end of the soaker and whip it into the pail! I love the fleece liner because it keeps my baby dry overnight. I love the suede liner because it is super soft. I love the fit of the all in one, but I have to turn it inside out in the dryer. The organic all in one is actually the least soft to me, but I love the fact that is has snaps. I just with the back elastic had a liner on it since it can give my baby red marks on her back.

I found that I do not have to 'unstuff' my bumgenius. The wash does it for me. I just dump all straight in and it comes out during the cycle.

We've been using the BG AIOs and have a nearly respectable stash in small and mediums but as I've been looking at the organic one size AIOs, I think BG may have solved all of the minor issues I've had with the AIOs we own. I'm really glad to see that the fleece lining doesn't go all the way to the gussets or up the back now as you have to be really careful about how that edge sits if you don't want pee to wick out onto your baby's clothes. I'm kinda wishing I knew about them when I was first buying cloth diapers. The organic bit is just a bonus as far as I'm concerned.

The regular all in one bum genius sounds very simple to use. I have been using the one size bum genius for 8 months and like them but they are quite bulky. Someday I would love to try the organic bum genius with snaps.

I LOVE my BG. I have a pocket one - and I agree it is kinda gross taking out the stuffing after it's wet - but I love how much faster it dries than any of my AIO's. Your daughter is so cute btw!!

Although I've only tried just a few different CDs, I have to say I also LOVE my BG organic OS AIO with snaps dipes. They are so trim and perfect fitting. Congratulations on your win Sara.

She is so so cute!

I've been starting to get frustrated with my BG's as my son is a side sleeper and if I use them at night, they leak. Currently looking into new options, but they are great for daytime!

I love our BGs too though we havent tried any organic ones just yet. I tried a BG on my 16 month old for over night wear for the first time last night and 12 hrs later he was awake and NO LEAKS!
